Mr Blagoje Milinčić (1914, Negotin Krajina - 20 April 1997, Belgrade) on his return to Spain (Madrid) for the homage to the International Brigades in the 60th anniversary of its formation. Blagoje Milinčić first arrived to Spain on 14 August 1937 together with the Slovenian Herbert Fornezi (Ljubljana, 1916)
